Participants in the group “Art with Heart” in Bisbee, Arizona, USA are holding the peace banner they received from one of their partner groups “Kent County Veterans” in Chestertown, Maryland, USA. The Bisbee group held a reception at the Copper Queen Library in Bisbee for everyone to experience the art they received from their 2024 Global Art Project for Peace partners.

Message from Marianne Sade, coordinator of the Kent County Veteran group that created the banner, to the coordinator of the group in Bisbee, AZ that received their banner:

“You have touched my heart with your wonderful words and fantastic photo! I love that you got together to open the box together—wished I’d thought of that with our group. Ours will be firstly a virtual sharing and then, we hope to have a ‘pop up’ exhibit before too long, with your peace piece and others we have received individually. We will invite all the participants to come. THIS type of pairing sharing is what the Global Art Project for Peace is all about! Yeah!”
