Kate created two works of art for the 2024 Global Art Project for Peace exchange –- one for her exchange partner in Great Falls, Montana, USA and one for the Angel Corps to send to a participant who didn’t receive art from their exchange partner.

“The little book is made of botanically printed scraps sewn into a pamphlet, embellished with gold paint, ribbon, etc. wrapped in logwood dyed silk and cradled in a box. Many words of Peace in different languages are written inside, along with notes identifying nationalities that use each word.”
